Cozy room with a comfy pull-out couch – just perfect for a chill stay. the location was great, close to the mountains and cool attractions 🏔️. the staff were all super friendly and welcoming.

Everything was great, including nice staff and stunning location in the mountains. Their food was good with lots of meals. I greatly enjoyed this, haven't been in a better hotel.

The setting was stunning and close to tourist areas, positioned perfectly on a beautiful mountain. Additionally, it was conveniently just a 5-minute drive from Bent Creek Golf Club. My vacation stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable.

It has the greatest view of the Smokies. It also has everything included in a condo-environment, and is relatively private. Viewing the sun coming over the mountains while having coffee on the balcony in the morning, and having a glass of wine on the balcony while watching the sun set is truly a heavenly experience. It is only a short drive to the Smoky Mountain National Park, where one can hike several interesting trails and spot the occasional black bear, deer, and wild turkeys. We have stayed at Deer Ridge Mountain Resort several times because of its great location.

We've never had a problem at Deer Ridge until the final night we stayed this time. On two levels next to us, people were smoking on their balconies which interfered with the time we could sit on our balcony. We knew this was a violation of code, so reported it when we left the following morning. How awful if a fire were started in such a beautiful area. I wish the entire resort, including the parking area , were smoke-free.

The room was perfect, little, and modest with a great view of the mountains. the hotel's location in the mountains was wonderful. - the staff was super friendly and answered all questions.

When I vacation, I don't expect to clean the rooms. They were nice, but need updating to get the kind of money that was paid. If was an extra $60.00 when we got there after we had already paid for the room. For what??? Had to take out what little trash there was.

The decor is quite dated. Very 1980'S. Overkill with bears on everything........bedspreads, furniture, sit around knick knacks, all in bears. A few would have been enough.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. the location is fantastic, so close to downtown and tourist areas. - the hotel is conveniently located just 2 miles from popular attractions like Climb Works.

The location, and the privacy. Pool and sauna open with out many people there.

A hidden cleaning fee. Paid before going, then got hit with this cleaning fee when I got there. Also, furniture needs up-dating. The pull out couch had springs popping through the mattress, leaving it unbearable to sleep on.

We liked it because of the 2 bed, 2 bath and loft. We were a group of 5. The kids loved the swimming every evening. The view from there was awesome.

The road up there was a little challenging, but kind of fun.
